
Being a bit food fan and an avid watcher of several cooking programmes, my work day was made when a press release dropped into my inbox offering me the opportunity to interview perhaps one of my cheffing idols, James Martin.
Over the years James has hosted several food programmes including Ready, Steady, Cook, Sweet Baby James and James Martins Christmas Feasts. He currently hosts Saturday Kitchen and has just finished making his new series United Cakes of America, which launched in Febraury on Good Food TV.
There were so many questions that I could have asked him, but sadly our 1o minutes had to come to an end.
